Transforming Warehousing:
From Planning to Execution

There are various components that go into a successful warehouse project,
even more so when automation is involved. Further, warehouse projects generally have
a long lead-time with a large capital outlay. We can guide you through the process
and assist you on your transformation journey.

Three Key Stages of Your Automation Journey

This early stage involves understanding the business
needs through site visits, data analysis, future forecasts,
business case evaluations & scenario modeling to design
a suitable mechanisation / automation concept

Once a concept has been agreed and the finance
for the project has been approved – it is time to
engage with the market and complete a tender
process to select a suitable partner through a
competitive bid process

With the vendor selected, and the contract
documents in place, components are manufactured
and transported to site for installation, testing and
transitioning to normal operations
