Once a concept has been agreed and the finance
for the project has been approved – it is time to
engage with the market and complete a tender
process to select a suitable partner through a
competitive bid process

Installation + Go Live

With the vendor selected, and the contract
documents in place, components are manufactured
and transported to site for installation, testing and
transitioning to normal operations
